Skip Ad - Terms And Conditions
The Skip Ad competition (“Competition”) is sponsored and managed by Tuborg / Carlsberg Breweries A/S (“Tuborg”).
By entering this Competition, you agree to these terms and conditions and any decision Tuborg makes regarding this Competition.
Who can participate?
In order to enter into the competition, you must be above the legal drinking age in your country of residence and comply with all other relevant legal requirements in your country of residence for such participation.
Neither Tuborg nor its advertising agencies’ employees or their immediate family members, may enter the Competition.
How do I participate?
No purchase is necessary.
You enter the Competition by participating in the global competition via posting your drawing with the hashtag: #GuyWithATuborgDrawingClassContestOfDrawing.
The use of any software or automated, mechanical or electronic process that allows you to make automated, bulk and/or repeated entries is prohibited. Entries from agents, organised groups, entries automatically generated by computer, incomplete or corrupted entries, or any entries which are not in accordance with these terms and conditions, will not be accepted.
The Competition runs from 13 Julyly 2016 and closes on theon 312 July 2016 (“Closing Date”) (“Competition Period”). Accordingly, the Closing Date is the last date of signing up and participating in the Competition.
You can register to only once to participate in the Competition Period.
Only valid entries received by Tuborg during the Competition Period will be eligible and accepted. Tuborg is not responsible for incomplete entries or entries not received within the Competition Period, for whatever reason including without limitation any technical or human error.
What can I win?
You can win two (2) tickets to the Tuborg GreenJam concert in Moscow, not including any transportation, accommodation or similar.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets. Tuborg reserves the right to substitute any prize for another prize of equal or higher value if for any reason a prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these terms and conditions.
The winner(s) are found amongst everyone having submitted their drawing on a social media platform using the designated hashtag.
The total number of winners of the Competition is limited to three(3) winners (+ one (1) friend each)..
The winners will be found no later than 1 August 2016.
Winners will be notified via the social media platform they used when entering the Competition.
All winners will be asked to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 working days from date of the notification, the prize may be forfeited and Tuborg may award the prize to another participant.
Tuborg is not responsible for any delay in or failure to receive notification of winning for any reason.
The prize is awarded at Tuborg’s sole discretion and Tuborg reserves the right not to award the prize if in its sole discretion it determines that the winner has breached these term and conditions. All decisions of Tuborg relating to this Competition, including award of winners, will be final and binding.
By entering the Competition, the winner consents, without further correspondence or compensation, to the publication of his/her name and to feature in specific media footage and other elements (interview, filming before and when in Lyonthe city of the concert, and sharing that information on Tuborg owned platform without limitation in time or place.
What else do I need to know?
Tuborg reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entries or not to release the prize to a winner that do not comply with or breach these terms and conditions.
Tuborg accepts no responsibility or liability for
- any non-appearance,at the time of collecting the prize, of the artists appearing at the Tuborg GreenJam concert
- Concert tickets lost in mail
- any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize;
- any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the prize draw;
- entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt;
- any typos.
